Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a small ABA agency that provides innovative approaches to assist children, young adults and their families whose child has been diagnosed with Autism.

Work with a compassionate and client outcome-focused, and supportive team!We are currently seeking an experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) that can take on a full-time Clinical Supervisor role.We welcome candidates to explain their creative ways to grow the company and prove why they will be the one to fill this position.

In addition, the prospect needs to have multiple years of experience in the field of ABA, have a passion for helping children, and must have a modern approach to handling personnel.

The ideal candidate would need to possess people skills, self-confidence, creativity, and have a positive attitude.

As a leader, the candidate is expected to motivate the clinical team in a supportive and positive way for the best behavioral outcome.Job responsibilities:It is essential for The Clinical Supervisor to motivate and provide support to the clinical team and maintain BBR’s low turnover rateTo coordinate with the Clinical Team weeklyFacilitate weekly team meetingsManage difficult clients and personnel issues.Take on a caseload of 10-15 cases and must be in good standing with all cases.Review, sign and conduct the final step of all new client assessments (FBA’s)Attend networking events and encourage others to do the same.Perform monthly support and performance reviews of all Clinical Team.Evaluate, monitor programs and provide oversight to the Clinical Team to ensuring plans and strategies are implemented effectively and ethically.Ensure staff strictly adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations.Requirements:Must be able to perform the job requirements listed aboveNeeds to have a current and valid BCaBA / BCBA licenseClear certification through the BACBValid Driver’s LicenseMust possess leadership skills and have a positive and solution-focused approach that leads to amazing growthExcellent communication skillsBe able to work with children ages 2-18 and with an Autism diagnosisWork Monday through Friday and some SaturdaysWilling to work in the clients home, schools, and/or communityDrive to various locations in the OC and LAKnowledge of various software programs, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Central Reach.Benefits:Health, Vision, Dental, Chiropractic, and Mental Health Insurance.Paid Time offSIMPLE IRA retirement plan with up to 3% matching contributionsWe look forward to hearing from you and your creative ideas!
