Job Summary: The eCommerce Merchandise Manager supports the eCommerce team in all aspects of product reporting, content organization, assortment and site experience to build strong assortments that drive sustainable profitable sales growth for MVMT. Roles and Responsibilities: Content/Promos/Merchandising: Outline site experience requirements & lead the team in setup for site content (hp, lp, category banners, promotions, and other ad hoc creative asset execution on the site) Manage and oversee development of Content Specialist Manage Campaigns/Promotions management Partner with cross functional teams to develop testing roadmap to improve UI/UX and overall site experience Oversee merchandising specialist in visual site merchandising and content strategy that tells a cohesive merchandising story and creates a seamless customer experience Manage and optimize product categorization, site navigation, and product recommendations Support in maintaining the global ecommerce site marketing calendar to support major product launches, promotions, and category and seasonal campaigns Moderate UGC content on reviews, moderate reviews on site, respond to Q&A UX/Optimization/Analytics: Plan & test of new features and functionality on the website Support SEO site execution and reporting Monitor performance, and propose continuous improvements along key metrics such as traffic, conversion, order value, returns and cancellation Network within the industry to contribute new digital products & merchandising features on the site including, filters, search, product recommendations Partner with the Merchandise Planning team to analyze and monitor inventory performance, using insights to propel sales and react to trends Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic product and content decisions that create a seamless customer experience that generate results Assist in testing of of e-commerce features, merchandising tests, functionality & tools that improve site merchandising and drive sales. SFRA (Demandware) experience is required.
