The Sr.
Generalist, Human Resources for Bath and Body Works serves as a business partner to field leaders.
This role contributes to the success of the organization by understanding the business priorities and collaborating with field leaders to drive and support talent strategies and ensures a consistent approach to all HR practices across the stores organization.
Primarily supports District Managers across regions and reports to the AVP, Stores HR.
Must possess the ability to:
Collaborate with business partners to support regional talent strategies and succession.
Partner and guide business leaders to support effective performance management in the field/stores.
Conduct thorough investigations into high-risk ethics concerns and consistently apply policies, practices and company values.
Build capabilities of field leaders regarding talent development, associates relations trends, and overall organization health of markets.
Identify and drive adherence to multi-state labor law requirements in order to elevate employee experience and reduce risk.
 Assess internal and external talent in line with company values and competencies and provide objective and timeline feedback to field leaders.
Provide facilitation support (New Leader Assimilation, Onboarding, Compliance related initiatives, Sexual Harassment, Coaching Conversations, etc.) Implement compliance related initiatives at the store level.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of proven human resources experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Retail background highly preferred Outstanding associate relations expertise with experience in California retail environment High degree of professionalism and confidentiality Proven relationship-building skills Ability to analyze business needs and craft solutions High degree of drive with ability to work independently and with remote teams
