Active Physical Therapy and Wellness Center has been providing quality physical therapy services in the Los Angeles area since 2011. Winner of Best Physical Therapy Clinic for years running, our newly expanded and renovated facility offers outpatient care to a variety of ages. We are experienced in treating multiple diagnoses ranging from orthopedic disorders to neurological care. We offer therapy to patients recovering from surgery, suffering from work-related injuries, recreational sport injuries, and various abnormalities ranging from congenital to acquired.
Looking to expand our team, we are looking for a Physical Therapist and a Physical Therapy Assistant with:
A valid California License/Certification
Ability to work well with support personnel.
Interested in providing complete circuit of care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and modalities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow through fellow staff and continuing education.
Ability to manage patient care and tasks in a timely manner.
Job Duties: Physical Therapist
Provide manual interventions, exercises and stretches, and modality administration as well as supervise support personnel as needed.
Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, daily notes, and discharges using electronic documentation software.
HEP prescription.
Participate in team training meetings and activities.
Job Duties: Physical Therapy Assistant
Provide manual interventions, exercises and stretches, and modality administration as well as supervise therapy aides as needed to assist with treatment.
Complete documentation including daily notes and HEP follow-up using electronic software.
Participate in team training activities.
New grads are encouraged to apply. Therapists and Assistants with experience are also appreciated.
