Talent Acquisition Manager/Specialist (Los Angeles, CA)

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team.

Reporting to the Director of HR, the person is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by sourcing and recruiting talent, negotiating and closing offers, preparing for talent onboarding, and providing guidance to leaders on how to identify talent.

The Recruiter will manage the full life-cycle and programs as described below: Typical responsibilities: * Managing the full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing talent, evaluating candidates, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.* Actively managing all candidate data and documentation in the applicant tracking system.* Administering candidate assessments and reviewing results with leaders to ensure hiring decisions are aligned with cultural values.* Performing recruitment efforts that are required and aligned with FFCU’s affirmative action plan.

This includes providing information annually to update the program and implementing a sourcing plan to attract and recruit diverse, qualified talent.* Managing the employee mobility process for internal applicants.* Meeting with leaders and HR counterparts to understand organizational objectives and determining talent implications.* Creating and implementing recruitment strategies that supports the retention of talent.* Creating and updating position descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment-related documents, tools, and/or materials Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.* Previous experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for 2 of the following 4 areas: (1) executive recruitment, (2) experienced professionals, (3) technical professionals, and/or (4) college/intern hiring.
