Financial Analyst
Global Distribution Group is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a 6-month temporary position.
This analyst will work closely with the Manager and VP for each monthly and quarterly close.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and analyzing syndication AR Reconciling intercompany and prepaid accounts Preparing invoices to be sent out to customers Preparing journal entries Reconciling system reports to the GL Providing SOX documentation Conducting miscellaneous research Preparing adhoc reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance required 1-2 years of experience in finance / accounting (entertainment experience a plus, but not required) Proficient in Excel Must have the ability to research and reconcile outstanding balances Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work remotely
