A premier full-service law firm is seeking a real estate paralegal with 5+ years of experience. The ideal paralegal will have law firm experience and heavy title and survey experience. This paralegal will handle the full spectrum of real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, etc. Paralegals at this firm operate like associates and have great autonomy with their cases.
This firm’s real estate department is very prominent. The firm has a friendly work environment and they offer their paralegals a billable requirement that is WELL BELOW their big firm competitors. They are offering this paralegal a fantastic compensation package with full benefits!
