special events, and seminars and assists in logistics planning, data entry and report preparation, and conduct of research.Learn more about this agencyResponsibilities* Duties include but are not limited to: Provides primary customer service support related to invitations/requests by customers, partners, and the public for outreach and training services, customer inquiries, and technical assistance for employers.* Assists in maintaining and updating digitally-maintained information used in generating invitations, confirmations, schedules, calendars, notices, and contracts as required.* Works closely with the PA to maintain and update the IMS outreach database with event data and generate reports from the data for use in monthly reporting to OFP, special report requests, and other needs.* Receives and distributes information to and from staff and contractors regarding scheduled training and presentations, procurements, billings and payments.* Maintains the District’s outreach calendar of events.
Prepares travel authorizations and vouchers for managers and staff when travel is funded from the outreach and training budgets.* Assists with preparations for the Technical Assistance Program Seminars (TAPS) including registration, copying and assembling TAPS materials including folders, name cards, certificates and other items, and responding to inquiries.* Composes correspondence, transmittals, and other documents in final form for the signature of the Program Analyst or designated staff.

This includes the ability to speak, write, and translate fluently from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.QualificationsFor the GS-6: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 Federal grade level performing such duties as gathering, acquiring, and developing resource materials and other information to support the program mission of an organization, providing information to organizational staff, compiling reports on research conducted, and maintaining administrative records.
Receiving and processing documents and data/statistical information in accordance with established procedures; reviewing documents and reports for completeness and entering information into an automated tracking system; or performing database file searches.You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
