Overview and Responsibilities:
We are excited for a VP, Digital Marketing to join the team! This role is responsible for the bigger strategy as well as the day-to-day execution and optimization of all creative campaigns online. This position works closely with the SVP, Digital Marketing on all campaign aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with management and leadership to define marketing objectives
- Builds thoughtful, distinctive and break-out creative for social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Leads the day-to-day executions and monitoring of all digital projects and timelines
- Determines whether marketing objectives are being met and recommends needed adjustments a campaign progresses
- Measures and analyzes campaign performance and articulates insights to departments
- Project manages digital initiatives, as well as scheduling and communication with external design and production teams assigned to projects
- Works with SVP to fulfill requested filmmaker and senior executive feedback for online campaigns
- Continually researches and strategizes new trends, technologies and concepts as they pertain to marketing films online; comes to the table with new ideas within the digital space
- Embraces technology and all things digital (e.g. social media, augmented reality, podcasts, apps, etc.)
- Proactively develops and grows relationships with new platforms, social media influencers, and technology providers
- Monitors all competition
- Manages and develops staff, making recommendations for departmental development to address changing digital landscape
- Works seamlessly with the media team to lead custom campaigns for top publishers and social platforms
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of project management/production/internet experience in a fast-paced design agency, marketing company, or inhouse creative services environment
- Experience required with MS Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, File Transfer Protocols (FTP, SFTP)

- Savvy digital media executive with an interest in the evolution of the digital media landscape and how that change affects consumer behavior
- Strong background in project scheduling and time estimating, excellent proofreading abilities, and basic knowledge of HTML and Flash
- Knowledge or work experience with the workings of a motion picture studio a plus
