The bachelors degree educated Operating Room Charge Nurse will be a part of a department awarded by U.S.

News as a Top Performing Hospital in 2020-2021 for numerous surgical services.

The Operating Room Charge Nurse will report to and frequently collaborate with the Surgical Services Manager in this position.

Coordinating and managing patient flow by directing functions and activities.

Serving as a role model for the department through demonstrating medical center values.

Providing administrative assistance through onboarding new employees, scheduling staff, and mentoring staff.
