Job Description 10+ years’ experience with minimum 5+ years development experience in J2EE based.Net based applications. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Dev LeadTech Lead role, providing technical leadership and guiding development teams for code quality standards Working with test team, to ensure quality and coverage. Familiar with core programming concepts – collections, classes, tier code development Thorough understanding of software development and test life cycles. Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, object-oriented programming, test-driven development, micro services). Experience in direct coordination with offshore development teams and multiple onsite teams. Willingness and passion to learn new technologies, architectures, and solutions. Hands-on experience with Bit bucket, Jira, Confluence tools. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task, Self-Starter Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of architecture design and distributed systems. Good analytical skills and Team Player Knowledge of any one Database (SQLOracle)
