Your responsibilities
– Requesting information needed to fill in incomplete documents
– Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
– Finding information online using research tools
– Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events
– Managing the distribution of project information to key partners
– Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
– Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
– Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum three years related work experience supporting multiple people; real estate experience preferred • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills • Detail oriented with the ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility • Capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group • Strong proofreading and editing abilities • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook • Creative self-starter, multitask oriented Specific software programs utilized in the performance of this role include: • All Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Outlook and other contact management, social media and email systems • InDesign • CoStar/Loopnet & AIR

Job Requirements:
– Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

– Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite

– Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

– High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

– Deep understanding of commercial real estate

– Command of Adobe Photoshop

– Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign

– Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

– Strong attention to detail

– Knowledge of database and file management

– 3+ years of business/office experience necessary for this position
