Associate Production Manager, Shoes

We’re #2.Associate Production Manager – ShoesWhat you’ll do:* Monitor all POs on order, maintaining status in ERP & WIP and ensuring on time delivery.* Manage daily data entry in ERP system; Update production status, milestone dates, costing, materials and product information.* Assist Production Manager with price accrual, entry and negotiation to achieve target LDP margin.* Log and compile comments related to fabrication and fit via TOP Comments & BOMs.* Regularly communicate with Ecomm & Marketing Teams, providing updates on sample status for photoshoots.* Manage archiving and storage of all SMS, TOP and Photo Samples in both Vernon and Culver offices.* Assist with distribution of wear tests and monitor fit survey feedback from wearers.* Regularly update invoice tracker to ensure expenditure remains within budget.* Maintain equipment library, tracking and updating all new lasts, heels and cut dies.* Maintain inventory of raw materials, partnering with overseas vendors to keep stock up to date.* Track and log all inbound and outbound courier packages, ensuring that parcels arrive to designated recipients on time.* Assist Production Manager with logistics & export schedule; Help with coordination of bookings and rate quotes, regularly communicating with freight forwarder; Actualize freight & duties.* Interface with DC Team regarding inbound goods; Monitor all steps from INDC to Go-Live.* Ensure Shoes, Retail and DC Teams have all necessary supplies for storage, packing, shipping, returns and repairs.* Work closely with Customer Love & Returns Team to audit returns and report and log damages.* Log all non-compliance issues and assist with vendor chargebacks.What you’ll need:* 3+ years of production experience at D-to-C brand.* Footwear experience a plus.* Proficient in G-Suite & Microsoft Office.* Advanced in Excel.* Thrives in fast paced environment.* Extremely organized and detail oriented.* Focused on quality, pricing and speed with a passion for sustainability.* Team player – ready to roll up sleeves and jump in.Benefits & Perks:* Health, vision, and dental insurance for eligible employees* Paid vacation, sick, holidays & volunteer time-off for eligible employees* Mission based company + casual and entrepreneurial work environment* Clothing discount, dog-friendly office, company events + parties and much more* 401K with company matchTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us about yourself and why you are a great fit for Reformation!The Reformation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
