Technical Recruiter

Collabera is growing our direct hire team!

We have locations throughout the US and/or some of our roles are offering remote work.

What you’ll be doing:
Recruit Full Stack Software Engineers, Python Engineers, JavaScript Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers and all other open source roles Hunt for these candidates through multiple channels (referrals, LinkedIn, Github, etc.)

The experience you need to be successful in this dynamic Technical Recruiter role:
3+ years of experience recruiting Software Engineers for start-ups to mid-size clients Recent experience placing Software Engineers in direct hire roles (we are not looking to place contractors) Strong ability to negotitate salaries and full comp packages (including stock, RSU’s, location, etc.) Previous staffing experience is a must with perm billing at least $200K+ annually Must love asking questions, listening and closing down candidates
