TAM Manager

The Salesforce Administrator (SA) will support the ongoing development of our Salesforce environment. A successful candidate will have a record of success in guiding development of new capabilities, improving processes, maintaining a healthy org, implementing integrations, and expanding the use of Salesforce by our internal team. The SA will work closely with the Lead Salesforce Administrator and Director, Product Management as the Salesforce development and support team, collaborating with Licensing and Client team leaders to identify, develop and deploy new business processes throughout the Salesforce platform. The SA role is part product development, part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. Key Duties Responsibilities middot Serve as system administrator for the Companyrsquos Salesforce.com environment (currently 35 users and growing), handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, profiles and permissions, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine, ad hoc tasks middot Work as product developer by identifying scope, creating user stories, and managing build and implementation of in-house Salesforce projects middot Work as project manager to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests with 3 rd -party consultants middot Manage and develop Salesforce data feeds and integrations with 3 rd -party and proprietary software middot Assist in training of new users, growing the Salesforce skill set across the company middot Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, tech dev teams, and leadership middot Work independently with users and leadership to define and document development requirements and to troubleshoot and problem solve org errors and inefficiencies middot Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Experience and Job Requirements middot Minimum four years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator middot Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified middot Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and B2B Commerce Cloud certifications preferred middot Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity middot Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality middot Understanding of ZoomInfo, SpringCM (Docusign CLM), Celigo and Netsuite desired middot Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively at all levels of the organization middot Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption middot A history of successfully driving projects to timely completion, handling deadlines, prioritizing simultaneous requests, and managing laterally and upwards middot Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, interpret low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs middot Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills middot Fantastic and selfless attitude ready to work hard and have fun every day middot Collaborative mindset, works well in teams
