is currently looking for a Region Purchasing Accounts Coordinator.

The right candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and process support to the Region Purchasing Department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projectsAct as lead for special projects at the request of Region Purchasing Department Management, which may include analyzing data, identifying purchasing processes, reporting research results, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, and disseminating informationCommunicate with other departments regarding issues that impact accounting and purchasingHandle confidential and non-routine information with discretionOrganize and prioritize large volumes of informationAudit Divisions to ensure proper collection of all rebates.

Develop solutions to resolve issues as neededInterface with Corporate Purchasing Development Team to include maintaining and enhancing the Rebate/Incentive programsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnightDesign and prepare general correspondence, memos, charts tables, graphs, business plans, etc.Identify, track, and resolve certain purchasing issues that pertain to the rebate programOrganize usage data into standardized reporting format QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree from four-year college or universityOne to two years of related experience and/or trainingMust have a vehicle and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
