Painting Superintendent needed in LA!
Our client is a well-established commercial painting contractor that specializes in Decorative Finishes, Wall Coverings and Fabric Wrapped Panels for high-end clients throughout the Los Angeles area.
They are now hiring a Painting Superintendent for the Loa Angeles, CA area.
This will be a direct hire opportunity with a 401K match, PTO and holiday pay.
Base Salary will range from $75-$110K (determined on overall experience)
Duties:
•Manage and lead a team of painters and oversee several jobs occurring simultaneously.
•Travel to job sites daily to engage with team and monitor job progress.
•Manage the labor scheduling of the painting team.
•Drive high productivity to maximize the gross profit of every job.
•Ensure that projects are completed with high quality and meets customer expectations.
•MUST have 8+ years of paint contracting experience.
•Experience should include: latex paints
– flat, velvet, low sheen, semi-gloss, egg shell, lacquers, elastomeric, sealers, water repellent, multi-color and metallics.
•Prior experience as a superintendent or quality experience managing several different types of jobs as a foreman.
•Ability to hire, onboard, train and develop qualified painters.
•Ability to understand architectural plans.
•Fluent in both Spanish and English is a big plus.
