OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Guest Services Associates set the standard for our success in retail and sharing the Alo Brand Mission.
The Guest Service Associate role creates an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education and sharing about our community and culture.
This individual is an expert in all facets of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care.
This individual is also skilled in tailoring their knowledge for each unique guest need, making it the most relevant and impactful.

Guest Service Associate Responsibilities
Builds relationships with every guest to create excitement about the Alo Brand Mission, product and community and goes above and beyond to exceed their expectations Knowledgeable about store goals, company communication, initiatives, new product launches and any additional information required by the Store Leadership Team; educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floor Receive and process shipment; unpacking, counting, tagging as needed, folding, sizing and setting on the floor or backroom storage Responsible for inventory management including receiving, processing, replenishment and visual merchandising Maintain standards through responding to replenishment, recovery, styling or other inventory needs with urgency Answers store phones and responds to guest questions or concerns Ensures items from fitting rooms are sanitized, organized and returned to the floor appropriately Assists in closing the store including but not limited to; sizing, cleaning, trash removal and other duties as needed Accurately and efficiently processes transactions; payments, returns/exchanges, gift cards and e-commerce Ensures a safe workplace by staying educated and practicing company safety policies and procedures Confidently introduces all facets of the Alo business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and knowledge of all aspects and details
