As the PPC Strategist at TurnKey Marketing, you will be an integral part of the engine that drives, leads, and grows our PPC team as we continue our growth trajectory.
What you will do
● Responsible for overall paid strategy in ensuring excellent traffic from ads to websites and webpages while carefully monitoring budget and ad spend.
● Implement best practices to improve traffic & conversions.
● Deliver PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision-making.
● Assess and understand business objectives, translating those goals into a PPC strategy and action plan.
● Monitor and report on key performance indicators and present progress to stakeholders.
● Undertake smart buying decisions to ensure maximum effect for a given online budget spend.
● Collaborate with other marketing colleagues to ensure joint strategic marketing objectives align with paid ad activity.
● Work with web development teams to ensure the capability to deliver, capture and ensure the success of aspects like landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics.
● Oversee the daily budgets of all accounts.
● Use Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate search and display campaigns.
● Provide feedback regarding landing page creation and optimization.
● Stay up to date on the latest trends in search marketing.
● Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
● Be fully responsible for managing Adwords and Bing Ads campaigns to revenue targets within ROI requirements.
● Implement, modify, and adapt new procedures for paid search management.
● Ability to be hands-on when needed to build out campaigns, features, make account adjustments, etc.
● Troubleshoot fluctuations in conversion rate, CTR, quality score, etc.
What you bring
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Marketing.
● 5 years minimum experience in paid search industry; agency experience preferred.
● Expert level knowledge of PPC strategies including implementation & reporting.
● Ability to combine best practices with the latest advancements in the industry.
● Goal setter with a winning attitude to get things done.
● Adept at managing multiple paid media accounts as well as ad platforms, tools, and scripts.
● Have a solid understanding of how paid search integrates with social media, content marketing, and digital marketing.
● Certified in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics
● Critical thinking & complex problem solving a must.
