If you are a new grad trying to get into physical therapy or physical therapy assistant programs, this is your chance to work in an extremely fun but professional outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the heart of West Hollywood. Kaufmann Physical Therapy is a community staple for rehabilitating weekend warriors, surgical repairs and the overworked office employee with bad posture. Your part in our team will be split between patient care and back office duties. The patient care aspect includes preforming ultrasounds, supervising/demonstrating exercises and assisting the physical therapist as needed. The back office responsibilities include returning patient phone calls, scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, and interacting with our billing office as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable and taking prerequisite classes to enter PT or PTA school and will only be looking for a 1-2 year job commitment before entering their desired PT or PTA program. Previous experience is not a must but greatly advantageous to preform at the standard we are looking for. This is a stepping stone job, not a long term position. You will be expected to be a team player that can multi-task and preform at a fast pace with our current professional staff. Tardiness will not be tolerated.
