We have offices in the greater D.C.

area, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

The position we are looking to fill is for a sales representative that will be responsible for developing, expanding and coordinating new accounts out of our Los Angeles Office.RESPONSIBILITIES:Cold calling, prospecting for new business and additional business in existing account baseManage new and existing business relationships through calls, meetings, lunches and other professional business development effortsDevelop a list of target accounts based on business analysis and create a marketing plan for selling services to those prospects.Manage ongoing sales and candidate pipeline to ensure business objectives are being metComplete and maintain an up to date analysis of business potential in your assigned territory.Utilize industry experience and sales techniques to help drive businessComplete required reports and submit in a timely manner.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Staffing Experience Required.IT staffing experience preferred.Ability to foster and maintain solid partnerships with Clients, Employees and Candidates for employmentAbility to present capabilities and solutions to customersExcellent problem solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as a team playerAbility to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goalsStrong attention to detailsStaffing sales experience servicing, supporting, developing and generating accounts, preferred but not requiredSelf-motivated with demonstrated Hunter experienceStrong desire to succeedThis position offers a base salary + commission.
