Capelli’s Gentlemen’s Barbershop is coming to California!Seattle’s Premier Barbershop is opening its first Downtown Los Angeles location inthe heart of the LA Financial district.We are seeking a Barbershop Manager to help build and lead our team of talented Barbers and Stylists.This person is a motivated leader who is enthusiastic about becoming an integral figure in building the Capelli’s brand in the Los Angeles area.Qualifications Include:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years management experience in a Barbershop, Salon or Retail Store.Professional demeanor and appearance with the ability to uphold your team to the same standards.Positive attitude and proactive leadership ability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5-Star customer service.Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), previous experience with booking software preferred.Team player, reliable, punctual.Experience with customer relations, marketing, events and promotions.Able to work well in a fast-paced environment as a part of a team.Able to prioritize daily tasks as well as delegate tasks to others.Able to work flexible days, hours, including evenings, and possible weekends.Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations, while always ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities Include:This person will be responsible for upholding our Capelli’s Experience on a day-to-day basis in all aspects of our operation.
