Job Description Back 2 Health Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehabilitation has an opening for a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in our Hollywood and Valleyoffice!We are looking for a professional, motivated, team player individual to assist our lead trainers and Doctors of Physical Therapy with patient care. Clinical experience in a physical therapy or orthopedic setting is highly recommended. A Pilates background is a plus. You must know anatomy. Candidates MUST have some background in fitness.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Assists patients to put on and remove supportive devices such as braces, splints, and slings, before and after treatments. Secures patients into or onto therapy equipment. Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises and functional activities under direction of professional staff. Provides routine treatments such as hydrotherapy and hot and cold packs. Transports patients to and from treatment area. Cleans work area and equipment after treatment. Records treatment given and equipment used.
