Armed Security Officer – County of LA *hiring bonus* (South LA) *WEEKLY PAY* *$700 HIRING BONUS* GSSi, Inc., a 4th generation family-owned security company has a need for an armed security officer to patrol a county facility in south Los Angeles. Schedule is as follows: Saturday/Sunday (0000 – 0800) Monday/Tuesday (0000 – 0400) Wednesday/Thursday (1700 – 0000) Payrate is $16.62 per hour plus .25 cent per hour firearm allowance. Basic Duties: 1. Observe and report 2. Complete DAR via company smart phone 3. Hourly patrols of facility Minimum Requirements: 1. Valid BSIS guard card 2. Valid BSIS firearm permit 3. Valid BSIS baton permit 4. Reliable transportation to and from the job site 5. Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods 6. 3 yrs experience as an armed security officer 7. Good written/verbal communication skills 8. Ability to use a smart phone 9. Must own a firearm (9mm, .40, .45, .38 ok) 10. Ability to work OT/holidays/weekends Benefits: 1.
