Account Manager

About the Job

Comma, 8 is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and collaborative Account Manager to oversee the digital customer acquisition for our clients.

 

As the Account Manager, you will collaborate daily with key stakeholders to drive customer acquisition efforts forward.

You will be accountable for execution across Reporting, Media, Design, and inbound marketing teams, ensuring that acquisition goals are reached.

You will work directly with our clients to gather acquisition parameters, ensure smooth communication, and manage expectations.

Our ideal candidate has a demonstrated capacity to move swiftly while keeping teammates and clients on track toward deliverables.

You must also be comfortable leading marketing technology conversations with stakeholders and quickly learn ever-changing platforms.

 

Responsibilities include:
Function as our clients’ primary point of contact, playing a critical role guiding partners toward informed decision-making.

Analyze, plan, develop, and communicate requirements and standards in reference to the client’s needs.

Assign and oversee day-to-day task management of account team ensuring teammates are unblocked and working efficiently.

Lead Quality Assurance, reviewing deliverables, and assigning revisions as necessary.

Effectively communicate between clients, creative, and technical individuals alike.

Identify opportunities for process, operational, and culture enhancement.

 

 

Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience managing direct response clients within the digital space.

Strong grasp of paid social, google, and inbound marketing strategies.

A proactive management and communication approach.

Quick-thinking and stress-tolerant with a critical eye for detail.

Experience with project management software such as Asana.  Experience creating deliverables, and the ability to work autonomously.

A communicative and friendly disposition.

Preferred but not required:
Facebook advertising experience  HubSpot experience
