Responsibilities 12+ years of experience in Atlassian products Tools
– JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Bamboo Agile SAFe process implementation in Jira workflow and projects.
Assessment and implementation of various Tools, Plug-ins and add-ons for customer needs.
Define and manage Dashboards (Scrum, Kanban etc.,), project specific Reports, Notifications, Gadgets, Filters using JQL (Jira Query Language).
Administration of Atlassian products including various configurations, Rule-based triggers, schemes definitions, upgrades, Systems Backups, User management etc., Automate various business processes in JIRA workflows as per customer requirements Customization and Standardization of JIRA Workflows, Screens, Fields, Schemes.
Atlassian Migrations, Best Practices Processes implementation.
Jira integration with Bitbucket, Confluence, Bamboo, Hipchat etc., Lead Center of Excellence (CoE) initiates for Atlassian Tools Train various project teams on best practices increase adoption of tools.
