Arts in Action Community Middle School is looking for an Art Instructor for the 2021-2022 after school enrichment program for the middle school.The after school enrichment program run from 3:00pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
This position pays $25-$30 an hour for a 3 hours a day, depending on experience.Responsibilities include:Create and submit lesson plans in a timely matterLead and facilitate various art projectsCreate and ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all studentsReports problems of a serious nature, including recurring behavioral problems and safety hazards to the after school coordinatorClean and organize the classroom space used during the program hoursQualifications:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in art or related fieldAt least one year experience working with students grades 6th-8thAbility to adapt to program requirements and needsBilingual in Spanish and English a plusUFbTtu5BB9
