ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant with an entrepreneurial spirit to support the day to day needs of the CEO, as well as day-to-day operations of daily bookkeeping, payroll & AR/AP.
This position will have hands on exposure and experience with The Glue’s logistics, finances and scaling the business.
This person must be able to exercise good judgment, anticipate needs, and perform in a professional and discrete manner.
The ideal candidate will bring a high degree of creativity, energy and passion for working with the CEO to increase personal and organizational productivity through the following:RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and assist the CEO on all administrative responsibilities: managing an active calendar, coordinating meeting and call logistics, managing travel, etcBi-Monthly processing of payroll through our internal systems and external payroll providerIssue bi-monthly invoices on a timely basis and ensure high accuracy of billingsEnsure all supplier invoices and staff expenses are entered correctly and paid on timeHandle business licenses, certifications, insurance needs as necessarySuccessfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the companyPrioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completionAssist with design studio needs (i.E purchasing software, managing events, photo shoots, being a go-to information resource, and troubleshooting as issues arise)QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years of administrative assistant and/or accounting experience in a related field (i.E.
