What You Will Be Doing
-Work with Project Manager to maintain project budget-Supervise site to ensure Safety and Quality Control Standards are met or exceeded-Manage sub-contractors-keep daily activities records -Ensure team is prepared by procuring materials and equipment when necessary.
What You Need for this Position
-Minimum 5 years in Commercial Construction
– Project experience as Superintendent-Prior experience as Assistant Superintendent-Multifamily or commercial experience preferred
