Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven individual to join our face paced and rewarding Vivid Resourcing Los Angeles office as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
The Role
- Responsible for all aspects of the internal recruitment process ? screening, sourcing, and liaising with stakeholders, senior managers, and directors to drive for a timely turnaround.
- Direct regional recruitment activities to support headcount growth.
- Build and develop relationships with local universities and colleges.
- Use LinkedIn professional and other job boards to find suitable candidates.
- Partner with local managers to understand requirements and office needs.
- Creatively promote the company through social media accounts.
- Build rapport with colleagues across all levels and develop strong working relationships.
