The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to have a hands-on role with a direct impact on CO-OP’s acquisition marketing efforts. The position supports the company’s marketing efforts by coordinating, project managing, and executing email marketing campaigns, building third-party media promotions, and assisting with event promotions, direct mail, account-based marketing, and digital media. This role collaborates daily with our Events, Content, Operations, Experiential, and Creative teams.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works with the Operations team on email creative, list management, and manages landing pages, tests copy and imagery, and tracks links in Pardot. This role will also be tasked with social media posting and webinar coordination and follow-up.

  • This position is flexibly-remote. That means that this position is currently remote due to COVID. Once we make the transition back into the office, there may be flexibility for a hybrid schedule of both remote and in-office work.

What You Can Look Forward to

  • Draft prospect marketing emails.
  • Support in the creation of marketing engagement programs.
  • Participate in data and report collection.
  • Assist in launching campaigns tapping into channels such as virtual events, direct mail, ROS advertising, landing page testing, etc.
  • Organize a media planner showing a calendar of campaigns, spend and lead volume.
  • Assist in vendor approvals, routing to purchasing departments, and manage invoices as needed.
  • Build, manage, organize, and troubleshoot all campaign promotions.
  • Collaborate with all teams to ensure excellence across campaigns and gather campaign data.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Completion of high school, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience with digital marketing in a professional setting.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation.
  • Proficiency working with Marketing Automation, preferably Pardot.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, or any other CRM platforms.
  • Experience with media buying and executing on digital paid and organic acquisition.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing on digital channels.
  • Knowledge of managing social media posts, platforms and gathering data from social footprint.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
