Toly Products is a privately owned global manufacturer and supplier of luxury packaging for the Beauty Industry (make-up, skincare, cardboard and various other packaging solutions).

With sales offices in Malta, Paris, London, New York, Brussels, Milan, Sao Paolo, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and manufacturing plants in Malta, China, and South Korea, Toly is able to support an international customer base with stock, custom and innovative packaging solutions.

We are opening a West Coast office, which will focus on potential customers in California and other West Coast states and are looking for a key inside sales support to assist our senior sales executive.

Your Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities will be :

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries (brochures, samples, quotes, etc)

– Communicate promptly and effectively with our various suppliers

– Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and correspondence

– Manage all samplings, maintaining sample inventory, ordering new samples with factories

– Manage administration duties such as answering telephone calls, database entry and maintenance

– Manage all mailings: UPS, Fed Ex, DHL

– Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.

– Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education : Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

– Minimum 2 years experience in similar role, preferably in beauty industry

– Packaging industry experience is a plus

Pay: $37,500.00 per year
