The Streaming Producer runs select broadcasts of live productions of Nerd Street Gamer tournament streams as well as White Label streaming productions.
This position focuses on the production and execution of streaming live events across streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube Gaming, etc).
What We Are Looking For
Be the main operator of producing and executing live streaming events (remote and in-person) Act as part of a larger team for producing large-scale live streaming events Vast knowledge of gaming across multiple genres Execute a predetermined run-of-show while adjusting to real-time logistical changes that occur Communicate effectively with everyone on comms, be able to adjust on the fly, be able to lead directing camera shots Be able to work non-traditional hours Be able to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Physical demands
While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer and production equipment; constantly moves about the arena and event sites before, during and after events to service clients and supervise staff; constantly communicates via telephone, email and in-person with others to exchange accurate information.
Work environment
The duties of this position are performed indoors.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud during events and minimal during non-event times.

Education And/or Experience
Experience using mobile and studio broadcast equipment Strong technical knowledge of broadcast equipment and best practices 5+ years in the esports industry and/or broadcast live events
Preferred Experience
Field production Excel / Google Sheets Use of VMIX Experience in a production control room environment
Skills And Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills Ability to adapt on the fly
