Breadblok is looking to bring on an Assistant Production Manager who is a baking expert and familiar with overall production logistics to support the Head of Production. The Assistant Production Manager will need to have extensive baking and bread background but having gluten-free baking is not required. A passion for using whole, natural ingredients is essential.
Compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, medical benefits and PTO plan.
