Social Strategist / Community Manager

Job Overview:Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Mott’s, Canada Dry, and Schweppes.

We are seeking a Social Strategist/Community Manager to contribute to Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in social capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence.

This role will help take Keurig Dr Pepper’s iconic brands to the next level across social media by building social personas and elevating community management efforts to be both creative and strategic across Liquid Sunshine’s portfolio of KDP brands.

Additionally, they will help support Brand Engagement & Strategy team members in creating inspiring social creative briefs, staying on top of the latest and greatest in the social industry, collaborating on impactful insights, and ensuring the execution of best-in-class social media campaigns and content.

If you are ambitious, high energy, confident, passionate about social media, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment, read on… WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Provide and lead best-in-class social media engagement efforts to ensure our community management is both strategic and creative* Keep a strong eye towards social trends and content to ensure that we’re always pushing the limits of what’s possible on each social platform* Look for new ways to improve the social experience across platforms* Collaborate with team members on providing breakthrough ways to show up in paid and organic social, based on data-driven insights, audience behaviors, cultural trends, competitive landscape, and new platform features* Assist and collaborate on building social media audits and inspiring creative briefs* Work with creative teams, designers, and producers to develop highly engaging, business-driving campaigns and content that get talked about and shared* Track and evaluate emerging platforms and ad formats, and recommend approaches to improve social media performance and content optimization* Team up with social media planners and the data experts to evaluate and report on the performance of our campaigns* Foster collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, including Campaign & Content Creative, Design, the brand teams, Media, PR/Influencer team, Data & Analytics* Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun Requirements:WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: * A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a community manager and/or social strategist in top tier creative organizations* A deep understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms, audience behaviors, best practices, and trends* An insatiable curiosity and passion for creative content across social media* A demonstrated ability for inspiring the creative department and cross-functional teams* Exceptional oral and written communication skills* The ability to find a needle in a haystack and then strategically elevate moments that matter across social* An ability to turn data and observations into useful insights elevated daily* An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic* An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative* CPG and brand-side experience a plus #IND1 Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
