Essential Functions * Maintain results driven focus in individual goals while supporting and championing organizational goals across the team and the company* Build a comprehensive territory and account plan with guidance from your manager that prioritizes sales opportunities, creates activities /methods for realizing sales objectives, and executes the plan with consistent monitoring and adjusting as needed* Maintain and grow current business by identifying customer challenges and developing holistic solutions, including cross-selling across for deeper product and account penetration* Drive product demand by leveraging centrally generated insights with account level research that persuasively compels customers to discover or reconsider new opportunities and new ways of thinking* Strategically take prompt action in navigating customer stakeholder consensus across clinical, financial, and administrative roles to coach through the buying process and identify individuals most likely to act and exert internal influence* Proactively communicate on a daily basis with team members in a fast-paced environment; provide regular updates on competitive, clinical and customer situations* Develop and deliver on monthly and quarterly forecasts while maintaining CRM compliance and accuracy* Demonstrate outstanding industry and marketplace knowledge
