Sanitation Worker Job Summary: Our food processing plant is looking for a hardworking Sanitation Worker. In this role, you will use USDA-approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces, sanitize all components of our food production and processing equipment, and ensure that there is no unnecessary waste along the assembly line. You will also clean the floors, ensure that the building ventilation is clean and working correctly, and refill sanitary products and soap in the bathrooms. Since we provide consumable products for sale and distribution to the public, we expect you to report any potential contamination issues. You may be asked to help with other packaging or processing tasks as needed. Sanitation Worker Duties and Responsibilities: Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment Dispose of waste along the assembly line Sweep and mop the floors Dust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflow Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms Report potential issues to management Sanitation Worker Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Ability to communicate and read labels in English (Bilingualism a plus) Some cleaning experience required Attention to detail Physical stamina…
