Sr Marketing Principal: Unified Communication Products –International Markets

Windstream provides data networking, core transport, security, unified communications and managed services to mid-market, enterprise, and wholesale customers across the U.S with wholesale partners in Canada and Europe. About the Role: 
Windstream Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated Sr Principal. This role will be a key product owner position for development and life cycle management of the international service offering for OfficeSuite Unified Communications.  
 

  • What You’ll Do:
  • Plan, develop, and implement product and marketing plans to launch and grow an International service offering for our flagship UCaaS offer – OfficeSuite UC
  • Orchestrate the development and implementation of product resources and support process for international customers by engaging with both internal and third-party organizations.
  • Work with across sales channels (Direct, Partners, Wholesale and Retail) to drive product adoption and sales enablement.
  • Develop product packaging that enhances Windstream’s enterprise data product portfolio and enables the achievement of revenue and market share objectives.
  • Life cycle manage all stated products
  • Working in an agile environment with developers to define, test and launch new services and features.
  • Working with engineering and third-party entities to develop international capabilities
  • Developing partnerships with international support organizations
  • Full ownership and accountability of the financial performance, to include profit and loss, and margin characteristics of stated products.
  • Engage Reporting groups to develop analytical reports and key performance indicators
  • Develop Forecast Models for and track financial performance for the products listed above.
  • Inter-departmental communications, including announcements of new business policies, product launches, and feature enhancements.
  • Engage with Market Communications to develop Product Collateral, Branding, customer case studies, graphics, and Industry and Market communications promoting Enterprise Data Products listed above.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technology sales training and Subject Matter Expert assistance to both external and internal facing clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to resolve field issues, implement product changes, develop product offerings, and manage products listed above.
  • Development of pricing, product, and bundling strategies to combat competitive threats.
  • Provide Product Marketing support for Individual Case Base Product opportunities, such as Requests for Price and Technical ICB request.

Qualifications

Do you have? 

  • College degree and 10 years professional level experience with 3-5 years developing and managing UCaaS/CCaaS products in the service provider space
  • Direct Product Management experience, developing, launching, and supporting International offerings for UCaaS and Contact Center as a Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to be client-facing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • High level of intellectual and technical curiosity
  • Demonstrated technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following Unified Communications and Contact Center as a Service
