Objective of this Role:* Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping for all the quality assurance and control processes.* Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts in order to achieve product stability.* Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.* Demonstrated capability with quality statistical techniques including SPC, sampling AQLs, and measurement system analysis.* Discriminating eye for demanding cosmetic categorization and supplier inspection.Responsibilities:* Understands and applies Quality practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts* Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.* Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables* Works closely with CHINA Engineers to ensure that Product Quality Plan deliverables are understood and properly executed* Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.* Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines.* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.* Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.Skills & Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Quality & Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.* Knowledge of Quality Engineering terminology, methods, and tools* Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills* Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.* Adaptable to handle various projects simultaneously.About SprintRay:SprintRay is a highly collaborative environment where innovative people have the freedom to satisfy their curiosity by finding creative solutions to hard problems.
