ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
Provides expert clinical guidance in a specialized field and coordinates patient care quality initiatives. The Senior Director of Inpatient Services is responsible for the adult inpatient services including Critical Care, Medical / Surgical, Telemetry, Respiratory Therapy, and Interventional Radiology. In addition this role oversees the operations of the Central Nursing Office and Administrative Nursing Supervisors for the hospital. This role is critical in the integration of operations across the hospital from Admission through Inpatient care to Discharge and the collaboration with the interprofessional team members to ensure optimal quality outcomes through excellent nursing practice.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (e. g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master’s degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nurse leadership experience.

Licensure:

  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice.
