This is an exciting time of technology advancement and innovation across the bank, particularly within our technology teams.WHAT WILL YOU DO?• Administration, configuration, and workflow development of ServiceNow with focus on the ServiceNow ITOM suite• Refine requirements for and perform integration of events from multiple monitoring sources into ServiceNow. Implement event/incident handling rules in ServiceNow for those events to include alerting/notifications and building workflow automation to resolve alerts where appropriate• Lead architecture and design for ITOM components• Performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration, Workflow Designer, and related tools• Extracts, transforms, and loads data between ServiceNow and disparate data providers• Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and implementing these processes on the ServiceNow platform• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application• Hands-on design, development and deployment of modules and automation with the ServiceNow platformWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have*• Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of seven (7) years of Software Development and Configuration Experience• Minimum of five (5) years of ServiceNow experienceSkills and Knowledge• ServiceNow implementation experience with ITSM and ITOM (Event, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)• Experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and integration with other external modules• Experience using network / system management tools such as Dynatrace, Solarwinds and Splunk integrated with ServiceNow• Experience practicing Agile methodology and using ServiceNow’s Agile module to manage project/development workloads• Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX• Integration implementation experience with 3rd party tools using web services, REST, SOAP, emailetc…)• Advance knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration• Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript• Hands-on experience working with relational databases• Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAX• Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer highly desirable• ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Service Manager level qualification a plus• Experience in Service Architect / Service Strategist disciplines in an IS function• ITIL v3 certification highly desirable• Is proactive, takes action and anticipates opportunities• Ability to translate business needs into requirements• Ability to improve operational efficiency and service delivery effectiveness across all lines of business and technology platforms• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others• Customer focus, leadership and collaboration*To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualificationsThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
