Thriving litigation defense firm in Century City is seeking a Legal Secretary with 2+ years of civil litigation experience for a month-long coverage. The ideal Legal Secretary will have experience with calendaring, CA court filings, and document formatting.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to become part of a dynamic and friendly defense firm. Applicants are welcomed from all practice areas of litigation.

Job Requirements:
– Hands-on experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus
– Possess adequate knowledge and understanding of local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures
– Expertise in database management
– Word Processing experience
– Draft Legal Documents experience
– Knowledge of Docketing
– e-Filing experience
– Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
– Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
– Must have excellent time management skills
