RTX: Principal Systems Engineer

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) is the provider of advanced electrical scanned antenna (AESA) radar sensor systems for multiple platforms including: the U.S.

Navys F/A-18 Aircraft, the Air Forces F/A-15 Aircraft, and the Gen 5.X Family of Systems (FOS) Radars for multiple platforms.

These AESA Radar Systems provide the war fighter with the most accurate and timely information available for the network-centric battlefield.

The Secured Sensor Solutions Mission Area within the Systems Engineering Center is seeking committed engineering leaders who are passionate about creating innovative and cost-effective solutions for the warfighter.

This highly dynamic environment requires both speed and efficiency in addition to maintaining product quality, functionality and traceability.

Applicants are expected to be self-motivated, detail oriented and a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team through strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Future Aircraft Systems and Technology (FAST) Department supports the development of new capabilities for existing radar systems as well as development of Next-Generation Radar Systems for the US Government.

We are a growth-oriented organization committed to and passionate about supporting our nations warfighters.

This is your chance to join a dynamic team working across multiple disciplines with opportunities to further expand your knowledge and grow your career.
