Spirit Jersey® has an immediate opening for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant. Reporting to the President/CEO Candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  

Responsibilities 
Develop Monitor & Analyze Reports for & with CEO for Sales, Production & Projects with goal to meet or exceed KPI performance.  Attend with CEO as needed meetings with Cross functional Executives, Managers & Supervisors updating Time & Action Calendars.  Provide & assist CEO with data, KPI’s , reports & presentations as needed for Meetings, Projects & Policy decisions.  Initiate, maintain & update Projects as required or requested by CEO  Communicate with internal & cross functional executives, managers & supervisors in supportive and collaborative manner, for everyone’s success.

so that schedules are on time, and KPI’s are performing, including all exceptions.  Initiative & entrepreneurship driving “yes we can” performance and growth, working independently and or collaboratively.  Support & Assist CEO:  in efficient & visual communication; continually create & update, process, manual & policy for benefit of entire company.  to efficiently use & maintain Outlook (& other) Email communications, & current contact list.  to efficiently use & maintain all digital communication tools  to efficiently initiate & manage calendar & travel arrangements  to efficiently maintain, & easily access current and archived data & paper documents. 

Requirements 
Minimum one or more years of experience in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.

required; two or more years preferred.  Apparel, Fashion Manufacturing Production Experience a plus  Bachelor’s Degree  Excellent Proficiency in Excel,( Advanced Pivot Tables , VLookup, etc) Power Point, Word, & Email,  Proficiency in Teams, Zoom, Calendar, or similar tools  Project management experience & expert application user.  ERP, PLM, File Maker Pro, Asana, Photo Shop, a plus  Outstanding organizational and time management skills  Excellent verbal and written communications skills  Discretion and confidentiality  Highly Ethical.
