Being naked is the #1 most sustainable option. We’re #2.Import Production AssistantReformation is seeking an Import Production Assistant to coordinate various aspects of import manufacturing. This position will be responsible for tracking and organizing deliverables needed for production. We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented and proactive with an interest in sustainability.Responsibilities:* Work alongside the Production teams and support the import production department across all product categories* Maintain accurate daily WIPs for all Import Production; keep accurate records and files in our corporate system of send-outs, costs, TOP approvals, fit releases, inventory, POs and delivery dates* Create, maintain and tackle Factory Purchase Orders* Own the hand-off between Pre-Production & Production* Communicate and follow up with overseas vendors and factories on a daily basis* Track garment deliveries and troubleshoot issues to maintain on time shipping* Coordinate logistics and import traffic with factories* ERP + Quickbase updates and data entry* Archive Sample Room and maintaining bulk fabric libraryQualifications:* Ability to work in a team as well as work independently* Interact with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Design and Product Development* 1-2 years of production experience, import production preferred* Proficient in G-Suite & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and incredible attention to detailBenefits & Perks:* Health, vision, and dental insurance for eligible employees* Paid vacation, sick, holidays & volunteer time-off for eligible employees* Mission based company + casual and entrepreneurial work environment* Clothing discount, dog-friendly office, company events + parties and much more* 401K with company matchTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us about yourself and why you are a great fit for Reformation!The Reformation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
