We are teaming with a well known commercial real estate operator and developer with assets throughout the Pacific Region in hiring for a Senior Engineering Manager in Los Angeles.
This person will provide leadership, management and support of the day-to-day technical facility operations as well as supporting long-term strategic direction for our Southern California portfolio.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree required.
Engineering degree and LEED certification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing complex technical building systems in Class A commercial high-rise office buildings.
Must have strong technical and working knowledge of building structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and requires frequent travel to other properties and regional offices.
Polished professional with superb verbal and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Must also be able to multi-task, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively interact with contractors, tenants, peers, vendors and management.
Excellent computer skills and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in MS Project for management and Excel for budgets and spreadsheets.
Candidates must also be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities and be able to adapt to change and perform in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
