Scrum Manager is needed for one of the top-rated Media & Entertainment platforms in the world.
You will work on a global enterprise platform that encompasses everything from Content, Marketing, Film, TV, Finance, Media, etc.
The company is amid tremendous growth and looking to expand upon its already expansive consumer base, putting a huge emphasis on Data, dive into new user acquisition strategies, drive greater brand partnerships and build an even more massive, unified platform.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Work with squads to provide the framework and governance for developing and managing Enterprise Applications across the organization Work with Product owners to develop and prioritize the development roadmap supporting enterprise applications Assess Scrum Maturity of the team and organization while coaching to greater success Work closely with product owners and various teams on how to use agile/scrum processes Facilitate scrum meetings and sprint planning Define key quantitative and qualitative SCRUM/KPI’s Focus on specific milestones through accurate forecasting and deliverables Facilitate execution of work without coercion, assigning, or dictation Lead discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
WHAT YOU NEED:
5+ years in an Agile/Scrum Leadership position Extensive experience leading Agile / Scrum processes Strong hands-on software development background before moving into management Strong background in workflow management, Agile systems, and methodologies AWS Cloud Services experience Microservices experience Proven leadership experience, excellent cross-functional collaboration, ability to communicate strategy and ability to provide clear, concise direction Tech Agnostic type of mindset and background Experience in estimation and planning Lead scrum and sprint meetings Strong problem-solving capabilities Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math or similar
