Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Operations professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.
You Are:
As the Client Account Management Associate Manager, you will be an integral part of our Client Services group on the Revenue Team, providing front line world-class Account Management service to our clients. You will be responsible for the ownership of one or more large or mid-sized clients, spending significant time working with them, gaining insight into their business and becoming a trusted strategic partner and advisor. You will drive shared experience- building with the client while balancing the commercial imperatives – to ensure work is profitable and of the highest standard. You will also be responsible for leading your team pod, managing Supervisors, CSMs or Account Coordinators depending on team size and structure.
The Work:
- Oversees day to day operations and nurturing of client relationships
- Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate tasks/requirements to deliver high quality products. This includes managing task queue, backlog task assignment for team members.
- Responsible for using knowledge of key client challenges to seek new opportunities for increased revenue on your piece(s) of business, proactively driving these internally and presenting them to the client
- Must maintain a high level of knowledge on the client’s business
- Issue and risk escalation and resolution
- Financial and contract management
- Development of new opportunities and service expansion
- Management of project workflow
- Day-to-day oversight, approvals and prioritization of delivery items
- Forecast/pipeline management and process definition
- Implementation and support of new service and channel work
- Manage on site, remote team members which include on-site Service Provider staff-related issues such as scheduling, approving time-cards, mentoring, training, and one-on-ones

Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 6 years working in Digital Strategic Planning
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social, delivering and executing compelling online marketing campaign plans
- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating paid social media strategies and implementing media plans

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven ability to build relationships internally and with clients
- Track record of client retention and development
- Proven ability to achieve account revenue targets
- Dynamic story-teller presenter, with a history of pitching and winning business from new and existing clients
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen with an industry presence who has a knack for ideas and business building Innate curiosity, aptitude and hands on approach
