 Job Title :  ServiceNow Technical Lead
 Location : Los Angeles, CA (Remote)
 Duration : 12 Months 
  Job description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8 Years of relevant experience.
- Work with the Technical lead in configuration and implementation of requirements. Conducts unit testing and documents all configuration specifications for each user story.
Role Description (please update as needed):
- ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM development experience.
- Configures and implements the capabilities in ServiceNow as per the approved functional design and architecture and conducts unit testing.
- Documents all configuration specifications for each user story.
- Changes made will adhere to standard ITIL processes.
 Expected Deliverables: ServiceNow- Incident Mgt, Change Mgt, Problem Mgt, Service Catalog, Discovery, CMDB.
