We are growing rapidly and are looking for a technology leader to join us as a CTO to scale the engineering organization to better prepare for the future of the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is seeking to make a big impact on a rapidly growing consumer product.
Responsibilities
Oversee a 20+ person team across Engineering, IT & Security
Define and execute a strategic approach to scale the technology teams
Manage projects and problems of significantly larger scopes
Formulate an efficient game plan for delivering a stable, well-tested feature on time
Serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team
Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across the organization
Provide impactful insights into the company’s strategic direction
Ensure we have an efficient way to meet security standards and requirements
Review and optimize software development processes to ensure consistent and predictable
delivery
Requirements
BS degree in a relevant technical field preferred
5+ years of experience as a technology leader
10+ years of experience working at software companies of similar size and complexity
Provided leadership across multiple offices
Architecture complex platforms and developed highly scalable technology roadmaps
